  • The rotor and port plate are made of CAC406, which prevente binding because of rust.

  1. Continuaous operation at the maximum negative pressure is not possible.
  2. Rotor, shaft and shaft sleeve made of stainless is applicable.
  3. Inverter drive is not allowed. If the inverter drives the vacuum pump, the performance will become unstable.
