Full-lift angle spring safety valve with flanged ends.
The body of the product may be made of:

  • grey cast iron (DN 20-150 for pressure up to 16 bar and max. temperature 300°C or DN 20-100 for pressure up to 16 bar and max. temperature 120°C – for soft sealing disc
  • nodular cast iron (DN 20-100 for pressure up to 40 bar and max. temperature 350°C),
  • cast steel:

– DN 20-150 for pressure up to 40 bar and max. temperature 400°C or DN 20-100 for pressure up to 40 bar and max. temperature 120°C – for soft sealing disc

– DN 20-400 for pressure up to 62 bar and max. temperature 400°C or DN 20-100 for pressure up to 62 bar and max. temperature 120°C – for soft sealing disc

– DN 25-100 for pressure up to 95 bar and max. temperature 400°C or DN 25-100 for pressure up to 95 bar and max. temperature 120°C – for soft sealing disc

  • acid resistant cast steel (DN 20-100 for pressure up to 40 bar and max. temperature 300°C)

The product is widely used in the industry. It is used in heating, chemical, energy, petrochemical industry, refrigeration, air conditioning, gas, and sewage systems with glycol, industrial water, drinking water, compressed air, steam and other natural and aggressive media, depending on the resistance of materials used for the construction of the valve.
