GESTRA BA 28, 29, 210, 211 Reactomat Continuous Blowdown Valves – Precision Boiler Blowdown Control (PN 63–320, DN 25 mm / 1″)

Maintaining optimal boiler water quality is critical for safety, efficiency, and equipment longevity. The GESTRA Reactomat series – including BA 28, BA 29, BA 210, and BA 211 blowdown valves – offers precision-engineered solutions for continuous blowdown control in high-pressure steam boilers.

Designed to operate under pressures up to PN 320 and standard DN 25 mm (1 inch) connections, these valves ensure consistent removal of dissolved solids and sludge, helping to prevent scaling, corrosion, and efficiency loss in boiler systems.

Design

Straight-through valves with butt-weld ends, weld-neck flanges at extra cost. With GESTRA stage-nozzle, regulating lever, calibrated scale and sampling valve.
On request with electric actuator as BAE 28 – 211.
